How it works

All license keys and/or user codes is new and never been used. In the case of a Office 365 Professional Plus – Lifetime Subscription for 5 Devices package you get a New Account user name and password that has been linked to a virtual account for your 5 TB storage. This account name cannot be changed to your existing Microsoft Account.

How will i receive my Activation Keys/user details?

As soon as your payment reflect in our bank account,  you will receive an email with your product key or user name and the download link.

The User name for Office 365 Professional Plus – Lifetime Subscription for 5 Devices can’t be changed but with registration you will have an option to change the password.

Installation guide will be send with your registration details and all relevant information to activate your product.

Please keep the registration email with all your details safe for future reference. We cannot retrieve your changed passwords.

Why do I get the activation email only when the payment reflect?

As we all know there are some individuals that make life difficult for everyone. We had experience that people reverse payments after the registration/activation keys has been received, and we cannot reverse the order as the product keys/registration details has been used.

Terms and Conditions.

Manufacturer and Supplier Restrictions

Some manufacturers/Developers have implemented returns restrictions that prevent Gadgets Galore from being able to accept returns or offer exchanges, replacements, or credits on their products for any reason. This includes all sale products, digital purchases, software, digital products and licenses.

Software and Multimedia Software, video games, DVD’s, and similar items are not returnable once their packaging or outer wrapping has been opened. Defective items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase for the same item or title only.

Software with digital keys, usernames, emails or passwords will not be refunded, when we have send it to the client no matter if you used it or not. This is due to the fact that you can give the digital software to anyone to use and we cannot control it. If you have a problem with the activation of the software, we will assist via Anydesk to get it sorted out. If the client refuse the remote connection, we will not refund any payment whatsoever regarding to the software purchased as per our terms and conditions. If you changed any passwords on a package and you the client did not make a note or can’t remember the password, Gadgets Galore will not take any responsibility nor do we refund in such cases. We cannot retrieve the passwords.

Software Licences, all software products clearly state the quantity of licences for the product. In the event that your device has hardware failure or get stolen. We cannot replace the licence for the product. Where you have more than one licence you can us the extra license on the new installation. Else you will need to repurchase a new licence. Gadgets Galore do not offer free licences due to stolen or damage devices.

In the event that you state that your activation key does not work, we need a clear screenshot of the screen error you get when you enter the activation key. All our keys are new and not repurchase. We will request an anydesk session to check where the error may occur, before we will replace the key. This is only if you install the newly purchase package within 24 hours after receiving it. There after we accept that your key is working fine and will not be replaced for what ever reason.

Where the client purchase a product and then later have buyers remorse or not the package they needed we cannot refund the the purchase as you have received the activation email already.
