Gadgets Galore is located at: Warner Beach, Durban, KZN, South Africa.

Order completion

All orders place on Gadgets Galore will be processed after payment have been received. Orders that are places and not paid will be cancelled after 48 hours if we didn’t receive the proof of payment if EFT was selected as payment.

Because we work on a first pay, first serve basis, unpaid orders products will be back in stock after 24 hours if we did not received proof of payment if EFT payment was selected. Any client who then order and pay for the product will received the stock first.

Virtual Store

Gadgets Galore is a Virtual store and do not have a Physical Store. Our office is in Warner Beach, Amanzimtoti, KZN, South Africa. All our products are couriered directly from our suppliers to our clients. At no circumstance we will organize direct pickup from our suppliers. If a client wants to pick up stock at our office, we will still charge courier fees to get the products from the supplier to us for pickup as all our prices do not include transport.  


Gadgets Galore have 2 Payment Options:
– YOCO – Debit and credit card payment.
If payment is made by a cash deposit an 3.5% of the total order amount must be added to cover the Cash deposit fees.

Send your proof of payment to info@gasgetsgalore.co.za for processing your order if paid by EFT or Cash deposit.

When is my Parcel being send?

Gadgets Galore do not send any order out, if the products have not been paid for. Payment is only process when payment reflects in our bank account. Please note that some transfers can take a few days to clear in our bank account and therefor request that you familiarized yourself with the cut off times of your bank to avoid any delay. YOCO Payments takes 2-3 days to clear.

When you need the product quicker make sure you do an instant EFT for the funds to clear quicker.

Courier and delivery

Gadgets Galore make use of various Courier services.  It is your responsibility to make sure the delivery address is correct and that someone is there to collect the package. Gadgets Galore do not take any responsibility for parcels not delivered due to clients not available or wrong addresses given. Gadgets Galore only use Econo road freight option on all our parcels delivery depends on the delivery schedule of the Courier Company. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery to be safe. Gadgets Galore will not take any responsibility for deliveries that take longer than usual.

You can track your order on your account dashboard on the website. As soon as the order is processed by us you will be able to track your parcel. It’s better to register on our website for admin and tracking options.

Gadgets Galore has a few Suppliers and it can happen you will receive a parcel but not all the products you have ordered is in the parcel. This means that the other product/s may come from another supplier and will be arriving soon. If there is a problem with the products, we will let you know, well in advance.

Sale Items

Ordering of sale products: Gadgets Galore have the right to limit quantities on Sale products to make it fair for all our clients to get a product on sale. Payment of any sale product orders must be done immediately to process your order. The system will cancel any order that contain a sale product after a certain time if the full amount of the order is not paid and the order did not move over to processing (only if fully paid). Where EFT payment is made, please send proof of payment to info@gadgetsgalore.co.za 

Gadgets Galore can edit or stop a promotion of any product at any time. Products on sale price is only fixed when the order has been places and fully paid for.

Sale Items are date and time based and can be ending at any time. Gadgets Galore do not grand any sale prices after the system have ended the promotion. The only way to secure your order is a full payment of the order and courier fees.

Prices and boxed quantities

All prices are per single unit if not indicated as per unit amount. Box quantities are for bulk ordering if a client needs a box of a product and do not state the single price for that box full of units. to work out the box price you can just add the quantity of the box to the cart or times the unit price by the box quantity to get the total for a box.

E. & O.E (errors and omissions excepted)

With the import and data conversions some data may be incorrect. Gadgets Galore can change Prices and Quantities at any time to correct these errors. Where Pricing errors may be occurred on products, we will correct the error and no order will be fulfilled if the amount difference is more than 3% (We will Honour the sale if 3% or below.) of the value of the product. Gadget galore will submit a new invoice to you If you don’t want to go further with the sale/order on the correct price, we will refund the client on the full amount the client has paid.


 Would you like to include Shipping Insurance (optional) then select the insured courier option.

As Courier Service do offer this Gadgets Galore or the Holding Company Emsted Online PTY Ltd do not accept any liability for lost parcels or Damage goods while on route to the client. Please Make sure you opt for the insurance to prevent loss or damages to your Parcel.

Return Policy

General Guidelines

To qualify for return all products require a Return Authorization Number (RMA) prior to being returned, must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging as provided by the manufacturer. All packing materials, manuals, diskettes, CDs, digital media, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation must be included. Kits and other items assembled after purchase must be unassembled and returned in the manufacturer’s original packaging. All returns will be inspected, and products found to be non-conforming will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee at Gadgets Galore’s sole discretion.

Manufacturer and Supplier Restrictions

Some manufacturers have implemented returns restrictions that prevent Gadgets Galore. from being able to accept returns or offer exchanges, replacements, or credits on their products for any reason. This includes all sale products, digital purchases, software, digital products and licenses.  

Consumables (toner cartridges, ink cartridges, blank media, projector bulbs, etc) are NOT returnable for any reason once their packaging or outer wrapping has been opened. Support and replacement for these products is available exclusively through the respective manufacturer or supplier. Please make sure you verify all specifications and compatibility before purchasing.

Software and Multimedia Software, video games, DVD’s, and similar items are not returnable once their packaging or outer wrapping has been opened. Defective items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase for the same item or title only.

Software with digital keys, usernames, emails or passwords will not be refunded when we have send it to the client no matter if you used it or not. This is due to the fact that you can give the digital software to anyone to use and we cannot control it. If you have a problem with the activation of the software, we will assist via Anydesk to get it sorted out. If the client refuse the remote connection, we will not refund any payments whatsoever regarding to the software purchased. Where Password have been changed and the client did not make a note or can’t remember the password Gadgets Galore will not take any responsibility nor do we refund in such cases. We cannot retrieve the passwords.

Software Licences, all software products clearly state the quantity of licences for the product. In the event that your device has hardware failure or get stolen. We cannot replace the licence key if it was a one license product. Where you have more than one licence you can us the extra license on the new installation. Else you will need to repurchase a new licence. Gadgets Galore do not offer free licences due to stolen or damage devices.

In the event that you state that your activation key does not work we need a clear screenshot of the screen error you get when you enter the activation key. All our keys are new and not repurchase. We will request an anydesk session to check where the error may occur, before we will replace the key. This is only if you install the newly purchase package within 24 hours after receiving it. There after we accept that your key is working fine and will not be replaced for what ever reason.

Rebates and UPC codes Products offering mail-in-rebates are non-returnable to Gadgets Galore once the rebates have been filed for.

Be sure that the product is working and that you intend to keep the product before filing for rebates. Products missing UPC codes are NOT returnable and will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee at Gadgets Galore’s sole discretion.

Bundled Purchases Items purchased within a bundle are held within the return guidelines for the individual item as specified in the individual item’s listing and in these terms.

Non-qualified returns and Restocking charges

Non-qualified and non-conforming returns are not included in Gadgets Galore (return policy and, if returned, will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% at Gadgets Galore’s sole discretion. Return Procedure All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met.

Please verify the product you are returning meets the below guidelines and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return.

If a non-conforming product is accepted for return Gadgets Galore reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 25% at Gadgets Galore’s sole discretion.

Return processing may take up to 10 business days from the time your product is received.

Inspection Criteria Products must be in the original manufacturers packaging and shipped securely. Products must be complete with any standard certification labels (UL listing, capacity, brand name, UPC code) originally placed and not tampered with.

Product serial number, or any similar identification numbers, must match the serial number on the package or invoice.

Products must be free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement, or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals. Products so labelled with a security seal, must have the seal intact and not tampered with.

Return Shipping For your protection, we will organize and send the courier service for pickup for tracking purposes.

Gadgets Galore shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer and are non-refundable. At our discretion, Gadgets Galore may reimburse shipping charges related to the return or exchange of defective products inside South Africa only.


In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging, and prepare a detailed summary of our determination as to why the return was denied, the product(s) will be deemed not eligible for return and will be returned to you.

If Gadgets Galore, at our sole discretion, decides to accept a non-qualified item for return, a restocking fee of up to 25% will be assessed.

Shipping = Courier = Delivery

Gadgets Galore want all our clients to be Happy with their purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account, subject to the below terms. Our return policy applies to products purchase via our website. https://gadgetsgalore.co.za. As we do not hold the stock ourselves all products are send directly from our suppliers.

Please Note: No sale products will be refunded.

Damage or Wrong Goods:

As we know all people are excited and can’t wait to get their packages delivered. We therefore have updated our policy to claim any damage/wrong goods, you need to send us pictures of the product within 24 hrs of delivery. We get notifications from the courier company as soon as the parcel is delivered the 24 hour period starts at the time of delivery.

Preparing your products for a return

To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible you are responsible for the following when returning your products.

  • Package your products safely and securely for protection during transit;
  • Clearly mark your return reference number (We will send it to you when you request a return) on the outside of the parcel; and
  • Include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product.
  • Failure to adhere to any of these requirements could delay the processing of your request or result in its decline altogether.

Unwanted products

You can return an unwanted product to us at your own cost, provided:

  • It is undamaged, unused, and unopened with the original labels and stickers still attached.
  • it is not missing any accessories or parts.
  • You can log a return with in 7 days of the delivery.
  • it is not one of the products listed below.

Where you have changed your mind on the purchase and would like a credit for the product provided the product is not:

  • Electrical unit Battery or Main operated.
  • A product which has been personalised for you or made to your specifications; or
  • A flatpack furniture product that has been assembled after delivery.
  • Any sale Products
  • Software, ebooks or any digital products.
  • Any electrical components.

Contact us with your reason for the return and we send you the cost of the courier when paid we will send the courier to collect. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return. Where we do a direct return due to unwanted products the buyer will forfeit all the courier cost and will not be refunded. NO CASH refunds will be done your account will be credited in form of a discount coupon.

Wholesale Products

We classify any product sold over 5 units on an order online or manual invoicing as wholesale.

Under no circumstances will our suppliers or Gadgets Galore do an exchange or refund on this sale/products for unwanted goods. Make sure it is the product you want / need before ordering. If you are not sure about a product, contact us and we can send you more details before you purchase the product.

Suppliers Yearend closure

Some Suppliers close for the festive season and open again in the new year any orders placed during this period will be send off as soon as they open again. We have notices on our website during this period to inform all our clients about this. In the event that you have ordered and want to cancel due to the fact that you waiting to long for them to open we will refund you but a 20% admin fee will be deducted from the order total.  

Want to exchange?

In the case that you want to exchange a product due to wrong colour/size etc. The same procedure as per buyer’s remorse will apply.

I didn’t order it!

If we delivered the wrong product to you, please contact us immediately and we will send a courier to collect the parcel. We will make sure you get the correct package delivered to you as soon as possible.

Defective products

We do our best to make sure that the product we deliver is correct and not faulty. If you received a product that is faulty you have 7 days to inform us about the problem and we will do an exchange for you at no charge. In the case where we do not have the product in stock a credit will be added to your account. If we inspected the product and found that the product is not faulty you will be billed for the courier back to you.

Defects are material imperfections and errors made by the manufacture.

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section

  • faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
  • damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
  • damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
  • damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
  • damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product;
  • where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you; and
  • in relation to Unboxed Deals or used products, signs of handling and/or repackaging.

Charges and refunds

If you return a defective product to us, but you fail to return all the accessories and parts that were sold with that product, we are entitled to refuse the return. 

If you return a product that does not comply with this Policy, you may be liable to reimburse Gadgets Galore for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.

Where Gadgets Galore have offered the client a replacement product but the client turned down the offer, he or she will be liable for the return courier fees of the product . When the refund the product is processed we will deduct the courier fee from the refund amount.

How long will the process take?

From the time we receive the product back we will assess and let you know with in 10 working days, if your refund is approved or not and process the refund accordingly.


Where you have received a refund on a product a credit will be added to your account via a coupon, we will send you the coupon number and it will be available on your account page on our website, with the value of your refund. We do not give cash back on any return. You will be credited.


In some cases, our supplier’s website stock file can be delayed and can result in a product to show in stock on our website, but it is out of stock at the suppliers. Then only we will do a cash refund, paid directly onto your bank account. IN NO OTHER CASE WILL WE OFFER A CASH REFUND.

We will notify the client via email either from the website or direct email from Info@gadgetsgalore.co.za and request the bank account details for the refund.

If we don’t receive the bank account details for the refund within 72hours (3 Days). We will move the refund to a credit on the clients account and issue a Coupon/Gift Voucher for the refund amount. When the Coupon/Gift Voucher has been created it cannot be reversed and a cash refund will no longer be available as the amount has been pass to our Credit coupon system. It is the client’s responsibility to send the banking details in time.

Buyer Remorse

Where a client decided to cancel the purchase during the processing stage and the parcel is not been sent off yet. We will charge a 15 % admin fee on the total invoice. Refund will be done withing 10 Working days. Where the parcel has been sent off the normal unwanted goods policy will be followed through.

Yoco Fees

Where the Client want to return a product due to unwanted items or refuse a replacement on damage goods and the transaction was done via our Yoco Payment system. The Processing fees/card fees will be deducted from the original amount paid.

Manual Sales

Gadgets Galore do manual invoicing for clients.


Gadgets Galore to manual quotes for clients. The quote is in a proforma invoice format. We suggest that you pay the invoice as soon as possible as we do not take the stock off our website for to keep for manual transactions only when the proforma invoice is paid will we take the stock off the system. Until then the stock is still up for sale on our online store.
